Compatibility Agents And How They Work
Compatibility agents, antifoaming and defoaming adjuvants contribute to the reliability and effectiveness of agricultural spray solutions. By minimizing compatibility issues, tank mix separation, and foam-related challenges, these adjuvants aid in more stable tank mixes for uniform spray applications.
Stable tank mixes form milky emulsions, like those in the container on the right in the adjacent photo. The middle container in the adjacent photo shows what can happen when liquid nitrogen is mixed with an herbicide without the use of a compatibility aid. The container on the left had the same mix with liquid nitrogen and the compatibility aid, and shows just how little residue is left behind when products are properly suspended.
